All shoots include the following unless stated otherwise:​

• The photographer is insured for liability on site

• Blue sky guarantee

• Next business day turnaround upon request

• Lifetime non-exclusive usage license

• Professional artistic retouching (this does not include any remodeling or cleaning of the property, decorations, landscaping, etc in post-production. There is a possibility of this being done at an additional cost on a case by case basis

• Three months of Matterport hosting with the purchase of a 3D tour

• Package discounts for bundling three or more commercial, residential, or portrait photography services
